Org Chart of One
A one-person business still needs many functions covered. Answer up to five short questions and get a map of what to set up first, with a free option, software to evaluate and honest limits for each.
How it works
The Org Chart of One uses plain, published rules. There is no AI, no account and no hidden algorithm.
- You answer up to five questions. Every question can be skipped. Skipped questions get neutral assumptions, which we tell you about in your results.
- We score five business functions. Finance and invoicing, client communications, scheduling and operations, marketing and visibility, and AI and administrative assistance each start with a base score. Your answers add or subtract points. The highest totals rank first. The results page shows the exact scoring table.
- You get a chart and a plan. Each function shows a free or manual way to start, software worth evaluating (labeled Essential, Optional or Later), honest limits, and guides to read next. Your budget caps how many tools we mark Essential.
What it doesn’t do
- It doesn’t know your business. It makes sensible starting suggestions, not a verdict.
- It doesn’t test or verify that tools work together. We never claim the tools it lists integrate with each other. Check before you commit.
- It doesn’t show prices, because they change. Confirm details on each vendor’s official site.
