In plain terms

  • We do not ask you to create an account.
  • Our calculators and the Org Chart of One run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or anyone else, and is not saved.

Who we are

MORETHAN.ONE (https://morethan.one) is an independent website. It is published by Serpentine Foundry. You can reach us at hello@morethan.one.

Information we collect

What you type into our tools

The rate calculator, the due-date calculator and the Org Chart of One work entirely inside your browser. The numbers, dates and answers you enter stay on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers, not stored by us and not tied to you. When you close or reload the page, they are gone. The Print and Copy buttons use your browser's own features.

Server logs from our hosting provider

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical information needed to deliver a web page, such as your IP address, the page requested, and basic details about your browser and device. Hosting providers typically keep such logs for security and operational purposes. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors, and we do not build profiles from it. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for how it handles data.

Email you send us

If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply, to investigate corrections and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Cookies and similar technologies

MORETHAN.ONE does not set cookies and does not store information in your browser's local storage. If this changes, for example if we add an analytics tool, we will update this page before it takes effect.

Analytics

We do not currently run analytics. The site includes optional code that can measure page views and clicks on outbound links, using a privacy-focused provider. If we turn it on, we will say which provider we use and what it collects on this page. The code is designed not to run for visitors whose browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Fonts and scripts

Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. We do not load third-party fonts, trackers or advertising scripts.

Our pages link to other websites, including software companies. Once you follow a link, that website's own privacy policy applies, and we are not responsible for how it handles your data.

Some links may be affiliate links. These contain a code that tells the company you came from us. Companies commonly use cookies or similar technology on their own sites to attribute a sign-up to us, and they may collect information about your visit. We do not receive your personal information from them. We receive only reports of commissions earned. See How we make money.

Children

MORETHAN.ONE is written for working adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices and rights

Because we collect so little, there is little to access or delete. If you have emailed us and want your messages removed, or you have questions about your rights where you live (for example, under data protection laws in your country or region), contact us at hello@morethan.one and we will respond as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
